Help Us to Help You! ...We really believe in this phrase! We are as eager to produce your order for you as you are to be riding in it quickly. There is a lot of work that goes into designing, organizing, ordering and producing your team kit--with thoughful preparation and communication between you and your rep the process can be painless. Remember, we are always just a phone call away, and throughout the ordering process it helps if you are too! |
- Browse our catalog:
- We manufacture a surprising range of clothing, and can put your team identity on all of them!
- Download our Pricing Sheet which shows all our products together with their pricing.
- Contact your rep:
- We want to be a part of your process. Our Contact Us page lists your reps.
- Your first conversation with your rep will allow you to discuss your design ideas.
- You will be told what the current turnaround time is. Especially during the busy season, a day or two delay in finalizing your order could mean a week's difference in delivery date.
- You will find out how to proceed. Your rep wants to help your order move through our system as smoothly as possible.
- Design your garment:
- It is easy to design unique team kit. First, collect the logos/photos that you want on your garment
- Go to our Downloads page for a template of the appropriate garment.
- See the Artwork Guidelines page for imporant notes on how to make your concept flow smoothly to our art department.
- If using photos, our Photos on Jerseys page will help with this process.
- Email your files and design specs to your rep- be sure to include your team name in the subject line.
- Approve your art:
- Our art department will create a model mock-up of your garment.
- Upon approval of the mock-up, the turnaround clock starts ticking.
- Meanwhile...Request a fit kit:
- We are all about Making Your Life Easier!
- Download and send in a Fit Kit request form, and have a fitting party at your next pizza night! This takes the guesswork out of your job as organizer.
- Download our Team Sizing Sheet and fill it out.
- Return the samples to us within 2 weeks to avoid being charged.
- Our sizing chart gives generic guides for fit.
- Key elements to get your custom order started:
- Garment Mock-Up approval.
- Completed Sizing sheet
- 50% deposit
- final shipping details
During the process your rep is always available to answer questions and Make Your Life Easier. Remember that getting an order done in time for your event is a two-way street (or trail...). Quick replies to our approval requests will prevent delays in turnaround time. Payment must be recieved in full before we ship.
