JLVelo provides a chamois replacement service that allows you to choose another of our great pad options and have us switch it out in your current JLVelo garment. No need to buy a new pair! When is an order an order?

It takes time to gather everything you need to put together your team order. Dont let this happen to you--you tell us you want a logo, but it takes 2 weeks to get the logo to your rep. This results in a 2 week delay in the order writeup. Meanwhile, 20 teams have jumped ahead of you in the production schedule. We consider an order active when we have received all order details, including approved artwork, garments, sizing, payment and contact details. Or the day your team store closes. That's when the Turnaround Clock really starts!



Delivery/Turnaround Time

Delivery times are based upon complexity, size of order, and production load. During the peak season(shipping Oct-April), orders can take 6-8 weeks. Off-season orders(May-Sept) can be shipped in 5-6 weeks. We will make every effort to accommodate your event schedule, but try and plan ahead for best turn around time. Remember, delivery date can only be set once all order information is in house. All returns should be sent to this address. Download Return Authorization form on the Downloads page.

Payment Terms

For normal team orders, we require a 50% deposit to start the order, and the remaining 50% before shipping. For team store orders, money is collected from the individual athletes at the time of purchase.








Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS. Option of bulk shipping to one team address, having orders individually shipped, or both. Pickup also available at our Santa Ana factory. PO box addresses will be shipped by US Priority Mail, which has no tracking or guarantees. Our carrier requires a street address for delivery. Changes to delivery addresses once the order has been processed are made at the rist of the customer.




Changes to your Order

Athletes join late, we understand that you may need to make changes to your order while it is in production. We will try to accommodate this reality, but once production has began, changes will incur a charge depending on how far into production they are, deletions are not available, and add-ons are considered a new order.

Guarantee/Returns

JL guarantees all of our products for its workmanship. We will replace or repair any product that is a manufacturer error. Any unused unwashed stock JL product that has not been embellished can be returned for a full refund. Custom ordered garments cannot be returned. Please speak to your rep for instructions on returning product.





Quantity Discounts

Discounts are based on the quantity ordered per style at the time of order. Add-ons, once production has started, are considered a new order and are priced based on that new quantity. Additional discount programs may apply to customers that commit to several garments.
